What a lucky find this was! We enjoyed ourselves immensely staying at this lovely cottage with all mod cons. We have walked and visited many areas and seen sea eagles, seals and even otters in the far distance. We hope everyone enjoys themselves as much as we did and feel refreshed.

We’ve had one of the best holidays here. All roads lead to fantastic scenery – absolutely breathtaking. The cottage has felt like home, and we’re leaving with much reluctance.

Having frequented Glenelg since a boy of 10 years old, the magic never leaves me. The people, the atmosphere. This dear dwelling, Holly Cottage, is as charismatic as the inhabitants of Glenelg. A beautiful calm dwelling. I have enjoyed it so much.

After over 30 years holidaying in Scotland we’d thought we’d seen it all, but the road to Arnisdale is truly stunning. The delightful Holly Cottage made for a comfortable and relaxing week in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The best time we have ever spent in Scotland.

This was our second visit to Glenelg and we just as blown away by the beauty and the peacefulness of the place as on our first visit. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need. We managed plenty of walking and saw otters, seals, deer and eagles. We are sure we will be back again.

Thank you for a wonderful week. The cottage is lovely. Glenelg and environs are beautiful and the brochs are fascinating. We have been over on the ferry and have fallen in love with. Skye as well. The mountains and fabulous views at every turn, the rainbows, lochs and most important of all – the people.

Sue and Gareth Roberts, Anglesey
What a comfortable and well appointed cottage! I was on tour, but Glenelg made me stop and simply rest, taking in the scenery on long walks. Kylerhea my personal favourite spot but the road to Amisdale and Conan is “a must”, and the brochs on the way to Glenbeag are a huge interest. The imagination of prehistoric times ran riot! I will persuade brother Richard to visit and capture this wonderful corner of Scotland on canvas.
Andrew Price, Chelmsford, Essex.
Lovely to be back in Glenelg again. First time at Holly Cottage – lovely. Plenty of walks and various visits. Have seen buzzards, golden eagles, white tailed eagles, deer, pine martin, porpoises, seals and lots more wildlife. The flowers are beautiful everywhere.
Margaret and John Linney, Penkridge, Staffs.
The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable with every need met. We loved the bath with its view. We have always loved the Glenelg area. This visit with its various surprises has been wonderful. Visits to Glenbeag, Sandaig, Kylerhea, and the beaches were wonderful.
